Dr. Nick McCarthy

Dr. Nick McCarthy joined the Stetzel Dental Group team in 2023. A Fort Wayne native, Dr. McCarthy graduated from Bishop Dwenger High School in 2011. After high school, he worked a few jobs in various fields including CNC machining and concrete polishing. Although he enjoyed the work, he decided to follow his dream of being a dentist. He would attend Purdue Fort Wayne and obtain his bachelors in Biology. He would next move to Columbus, OH so that he could finish his studies and receive his degree for Doctorate of Dental Surgery with academic honor Cum Laude from THE Ohio State College of Dentistry. Dr. McCarthy had lived in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas all his life before dental school and is excited to return to care for the community.

In his free time, Dr. McCarthy enjoys rooting for his favorite NFL team, the Miami Dolphins along with his life-long favorite college football team, Notre Dame, and his alma mater Ohio State. He also enjoys golfing, trying new restaurants, and spending time friends and family.
